What is an Integrated Marketing Communication?

Integrated marketing communication is the coordinated use of promotional tools to create consistent messaging to a range of target audiences.

The keyword and all of that is consistent because if our messaging changes from place to place or from channel to channel or from audience to audience that's going to create confusion.

Consistent messaging equals clear messaging that avoids confusion - and thus causes a consumer to choose another option.
