What is Brand Image?
Brand is how we distinguish our business from others. Often our brand is our most valuable asset as a company.
Brand image is an overall perception of the brand and the characteristics of its products. In other words, what do people think of when they think of us as a company or our products. A brand image can be positive or it can be negative.
The brand image can come from our spokesperson. A spokesperson convey some image of our brand or our product.
Lastly, if we do it right, we can create a brand image that people associate with actual personality traits. In other words, they begin to think of our brand like a person or with the characteristics of a person. This can make it easier for consumers to relate to us and help us build relationships.
