The Customs Electronic Bulletin Board (CEBB) is an electronic data surface that publicly displays all information on rulings, regulations, and procedures of the United States Customs Service. CEBB provides a periodic compilation of public messages, notices announcements, and sometimes advertisement to trade and shipping communities. Shipments and trading requirements decided on by the U.S Customs Service are also made available on CEBB.
