What are Focus Areas?
The 5 focus areas are as follows:
- Financial focus – The financial outcome of our activities – such as profitability or growth or other stakeholder demands.
- Customer focus – How well the organization meets the defined needs of its customers via services and products.
- Process focus – The processes of creating the services and the products which our customers desire with a focus on efficiency in internal processes.
- Renewal and development focus – Reassuring the organizations long-term renewal and in part its sustainability such that the company can attain and develop the knowledge that is needed to perceive and satisfy our customers needs.
- Human focus – Focus the employee satisfaction and knowledge creation.
