    Process Value Analysis

    Process Value Analysis (PVA) is the evaluation of a company process or procedure to determine whether it provides adequate value to the customers.

    The objective is to make business activities more efficient in terms of value delivery and cost.

    It also allows business managers to identify and link all business activities to the business value chain.

    Each step in a process is linked to the value derived by customers or the result achieved by the process.

    Essentially, PVA helps businesses eliminate unnecessary steps and costs in a value chain and streamline all processes to bring value to customers.

    Elimination of unnecessary costs is not the only result of the PVA It also helps them determine whether there is a need to substitute one step for another or introduce new methods to optimize value.
