What is a Last Will and Testament? 

A last will and testament, or simply as "Will" is a document used be an individual (a "testator") to express his/her wishes for the disposition of assets upon his/her death. 

What is a Trust? 

A trust is a legal arrangement where assets are held by a trustee for the benefit of a beneficiary.
